School Classes

Our educational programs are targeted at students grades 9 and above from all school types. The number of participants is limited to 30 at a time.

The programs offer a biographical and action-oriented approach to the many forms and locations of Nazi forced labor in Weimar, the German Reich and the occupied territories. The goal is not only to examine the scope of the persecution that took place under National Socialism, but also to highlight the long history of Germany's refusal to grant recognition and pay so-called "reparations" to victims of National Socialism after 1945.

Workshop

The three-hour workshop uses select biographies as a lens through which to examine Nazi forced labour as a racist crime committed with the participation of an entire society.

Interactive City Tour

Nazi forced labour was a crime that took place in the midst of Weimar's urban society. This three-hour city tour shows what forced labour looked like in Weimar and what traces can still be found today.
