WORKSHOP
This three-hour workshop explores Nazi forced labor as a racist and public social crime through selected biographical approaches. Using interactive and discursive methods, we encourage participants to develop a collaborative understanding of the history and question their own existing mental images.
DAY WORKSHOP
The six- to eight-hour day workshop (incl. lunch break) provides a multifaceted overview of Nazi forced labor. The workshop can be customised to include an in-depth discussion or an interactive city tour of Weimar.
INTERACTIVE CITY TOUR
During a two-hour city tour, our educational advisors will show how forced labor occurred in Weimar and what traces can still be found in the city today.
INCLUSIVE GUIDED CITY TOUR
On this two-hour city tour, people with and without disabilities will accompany you through Weimar's city center. Using vivid educational materials, they will impart their knowledge about the living and working conditions of forced laborers under the Nazi regime in simple language. This inclusive city tour is a collaboration with the "Barrierefrei erinnern – Das Zentrum für Thüringen" project run by Lebenshilfe Thüringen.
